At Stride we sell all our products with a 10 day Satisfactory Guarantee to ensure you are completely satisfied with our purchases. We will gladly refund your money in full minus the original shipping costs as long as the item has not been used and is returned in its original packaging. We hope it never comes to this, but if it does, please contact us on +27 12 665 5157 during business hours (Monday – Friday, 07: 30 – 16:00) and let us know why you were not happy with your purchase. Goods and stock may only be returned to Stride for credit or refund, within 10 days of receipt thereof and after prior written consent by Stride.

COMPLAINTS
Stride distributors reserves the right to refuse to recognise any complaint from a buyer in respect of specification, quantity package failure or short delivery of goods unless such complaint is lodged in writing with stride Distributors within 24 hours of delivery (72 hours over weekends) of the goods to the buyer.
Please not that the goods that have been shipped to a Buyer will only be accepted for returns within 10 days after the sales transaction and if the product is still un-opened. Product that is returned to Stride Distributors should be returned with the cost of delivery paid by the Buyer. Any returns that are received will be acknowledged by e-mail and followed by a refund when the Buyer has provided Stride Distributors with their banking details plus we have confirmed that the goods are in good order. Returns of gifts by a third party will not be accepted.
